Khmelnytskyi Regional Office offers job to appraisers and offers premises for lease

Regional Office studies the demand for a potential lease object:

- premises of 70.1 sq. m on the street Institutska, 11/1, Khmelnytskyi city, 29016, on the 1st floor of the educational building No. 4 (for the placement of a cafe that does not sell the goods of the excisable group).

Applications for the lease of the object are accepted until June 20, 2018.

RO conducts competitions for the selection of appraisers to be involved in the provision of property valuation services:

1) state share (16%) in the authorized capital of LLC “Design and Research Institute “Khmelnytskagroproekt”: Khmelnytskyi city, str. Heroiv Maidanu, 54;

2) building of workshop with garages of 115.8 sq. m: Shepetivka town, str. Heroiv Nebesnoi Sotni, 44-b;

The purpose of an independent assessment of objects - the definition of the market value of the object of evaluation for the purpose of privatization by means of redemption (object No. 1); definition of market value for the purpose of privatization through sale at an auction without conditions (object No. 2).
