Privatization of state property within a week had an economic effect of UAH 56.5 million
From March 18th to 22nd, the Fund's team held 11 successful online auctions for the privatization of state property on the electronic trading platform "Prozorro.Sales". Sixty-six potential investors competed for assets, with an average of 6 participants per auction. As a result, the prices of lots increased by 2.6 times, reaching UAH 56.5 million.
The auction with the highest increase in the winning price was the property complex of SOE "Kholmynskyi Distillery" in Chernihiv region. Three participants competed for ownership rights, leading to an increase in the price from the initial UAH 15.3 million to the final UAH 45.0 million. The distillery is an operational enterprise engaged in distillation, rectification, and blending of alcoholic beverages. The property complex includes 101 registered units of immovable property.
Next week, the State Property Fund plans to hold 20 privatization auctions, including:
A group of inventory objects in Rivne region.
The asset consists of a production-warehouse building with a total area of 865.7 m2, and the property is not leased.
