Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine announced of e-auctions for selling of objects of small privatization

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy region sells:

On Dec 3, 2018 at auction with decreasing of the starting price – unfinished residential houses: at 59, 60 and 61, Shkilna str., Andriiashivka village, Romny district.

On Dec 6, 2018 at auction with decreasing of the starting price – an unfinished deepened warehouse of inventory and equipment at: 10д, Sumska str., Konotop town.

On Dec 17, 2018at auction by method of step-by-step decreasing of the starting price and further submission of price proposals:

1.      an unfinished residential house of 222.6 sq. m., a barn in two sections of 85.3 sq. m. at: 22, Molodizhna str., Lebedyn town.

2.      an unfinished 24-apartment residential house of 95.8 sq. m. with a cellar of 56.5 sq. m. at: 57б, Chervonoi lane, Romny town.

3.      a building of a shop at: 9, Pryvokzalnyi lane, Krasnopillia town.

 On Dec 21, 2018 at auction without terms:

1.      an unfinished 105-apartment residential house with the built-in post-office at: 6г, Svemovska str., Shostka town.   

2.      a building and a garage at: 22, Troitska str.,  Seredyna-Buda town.

3.      an administrative building of 95.7 sq. m. at: 1, Blahovishchenska str., Putyvl town.

4.      a garage of 22.0 sq. m. at: 44, Voznesenska str., Putyvl town.

5.      a building of 317.7 sq. m. at: 37a, Hostynnodvirska str., Romny town.

6.      a building of 374.8 sq. m. at: 3a, Shevchenka str., Okhtyrka town.

On Dec 21, 2018 at auction with the terms: a residential house at: 6, Voznesenskyi lane, Buryn town.
