In Cherkasy region the evaluation specialists are offered work

In Cherkasy region, competitions for the selection of the appraisers, which will be involved in the independent evaluation, have been announced.

To determine the market value for calculating the lease payment for the purpose of concluding a lease agreement of state property.

- premises of the 4th floors of four-storeyed administrative building of 8.5 sq. m, at: 205 Shevchenka blvd., Cherkasy city;

- part of the premises of the first floor of a four-storey building of 73.17 sq. m, at: 120/1 Smilianska  str., Cherkasy;

- part of the premises of the store building of 53.2 sq. m, at: 137 Shevchenka str., Zolotonosha town;

- real estate, namely: administrative building with prevention center and outbuildings, etc., at: 23 Stepana Bandery str.,Uman town.

To determine the market value for calculating the lease payment in order to extend the lease agreement of state property.

- the premises of the educational building of 59.0 sq. m (2 Platona Symyrenka str., Smila town); workshop premises of 371.45 sq. m (37 V. Stusa str., Smila town);

- the premises of 20.8 sq. m, at: 36б Soborna str., Shpola town;

- the premises of a two-storey building of 48.5 sq. m, at: 103 Soborna str., Monastyryshche town;

- the premises of boiler and metal chimney of 10.0 sq. m, at: 4 Zalizniaka str., Uman town.
