In the Lviv Regional Office, according to the results of the competition, the lease payment has increased by almost 6 times

On February 11, 2019, the Lviv Regional Branch hosted a competition for the lease of non-residential premises with an area of ​​170.0 sq. m located on the third floor of the new terminal D of the Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport, at the address: Lviv city, str. Liubinska, 168.

During the bidding the size of the monthly lease payment increased by 5.4 times - from 75.093 thousand UAH up to 410.100 thousand UAH. During the bidding, the auctioned participants made 31 steps.
