In Zaporizhzhia region, the debts in amount more than 108 thousand UAH were charged through the court

According to the results of the claim-appeal works in 2018 by the legal service of the  Zaporizhzhia Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, the Economic Court of Zaporizhzhia region made decisions for the recovery from debtors in favor of the State Budget of Ukraine the debts for lease payment, penalties for failure terms of lease agreements in amount more than 55 thousand UAH.

From the beginning of 2018:

- Regional Office filed 41 claim to recover debts for lease payment, penalties for failure terms of lease agreements, losses to the state in amount 1486079 UAH;

- debtors transferred 108 051 UAH to the State Budget of Ukraine on the requirements of claims of Regional Offices and the court decisions;

- representatives of the Regional Office participated in 103 session of the court in cases in the interests of the Regional Office of the SPFU under the power of attorney.
