Тhе Government Committee approved the list of large privatization companies for 2018
The Government Committee approved the list of large privatization companies for 2018. The next step is the Government's approval.
This was stated by the chief the State Property Fund Vitalii Trubarov on his Facebook page.
Vitalii Trubarov specified: "There are in 26 enterprises in the list. 18 objects of them are in the management of the Fund: OJSC "Ternopiloblenergo", PJSC "Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo", Joint Stock Company "Kharkivoblenergo", PJSC "Mykolaivoblenergo", PJSC "Khmelnytskoblenergo", PrJSC "Khersonska CHP", PrJSC "Dniprovska CHP", PJSC "Kryvyi Rih Combined Heat and Power Plant”, State Enterprise "Sievierodonetska Combined Heat and Power Plant", PJSC "Azovmash", PJSC "Turboatom", "Zaporizhzhia Titanium & Magnesium Combine" LLC, OJSC "Oriana", SE «Aluminum Foil Plant», PJSC "President-Hotel".
Also, according to him, 3 objects are in the management of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (PJSC" United Mining and Chemical Company ", SE "Plant "Electrovazhmash", SE "Dniprovskyi elektrovozobudivnyi factory");
Privatization of PJSC "Tsentrenergo", PJSC "Odesa Port Plant", PJSC "Sumykhimprom" will be held in accordance with the Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law " On Privatization of State and Communal Property", - noted the Chief of the Fund;
2 objects are in the management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, in respect of which was taken a decision on privatization (PJSC "Agrarian Fund" and PJSC "State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine");
1 object is subordinated to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, which is privatized in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Features of Privatization of Coal Mining Companies" (State Enterprise "Coal Company "Krasnolymanska");
1 object is subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (State PJSC "National Joint-Stock Company "Ukragroleasing");
1 object is subordinate to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (PrJSC "INDAR").
