Privatization in 2024: the SPFU team has already announced 18 online auctions
In January, 18 auctions for the privatization of state property are scheduled to be held. The total starting value of the assets is UAH 242.5 million.
"Privatization is timely, as the funds are used to support the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Today, state-owned enterprises cannot generate losses, all 'liabilities' must become 'assets' and work to support the domestic economy. In 2024, we plan to announce about a thousand new privatization auctions. We urge investors to cooperate. The Fund's investment portfolio includes objects in different parts of the country and with different technical characteristics," said Vitaliy Koval, Head of the SPFU.
Among the largest trades in January:
1. EMC OF SE TVK. The facility is located 7 km from Odesa, in Avangard, which is actually a suburban area of Odesa and consists of 17 retail and warehouse premises with an average area of 2 thousand m² each.
The starting price is UAH 208.2 million, and the auction is scheduled for January 18.

2. EMC of SE "Agricultural Enterprise "Land Fund". The asset consists of 15 registered real estate units with a total area of 7285.1 m². The real estate includes the building of the Kolos Hotel in Kyiv and 14 units of buildings and structures with a total area of 5428.4 m² in Zhytomyr. According to the Charter, the principal activity of the company is consulting on commercial activities and management.
The starting price is UAH 8.5 million, with the auction date set for January 17.

3. EMC of SE Dnipro. The property complex, located in the center of the capital, includes non-residential premises with a total area of 784.8 m² and 32 units of movable property. The main activity of the SE is wholesale trade in other household goods (sale of book products). SE Dnipro is a monument of cultural heritage of local importance.
The starting price is UAH 7.3 million, and the auction is scheduled for January 8.
