An Open Day at the Kyiv Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise was held
Representatives of the enterprise and Regional Office of the SPFU in the city of Kyiv held an Open Day at the property complex of state-owned enterprise "Kyiv Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise". The starting price of the privatization asset is UAH 31.3 million; the auction date is February 29.
During the meeting with potential investors, representatives of the State Property Fund provided answers to the questions asked, separately discussed the technical and financial indicators of the state enterprise, the conditions for participation in the online auction, the procedure and terms of payment for the purchased asset, and the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement. In total, more than 20 potential investors have already inspected the object.

The main building of the property complex is located in the very heart of the capital, near Kontraktova Square and Andriyivskyi Descent. The state enterprise includes 20 units of real estate, among the objects: medical, administrative-production and production buildings, facilities, garages, etc. The total area of all premises is 12,216.6 m2. The objects are located in three cities in Ukraine: Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv.
In addition to real estate, the property complex includes 13 units of vehicles: cars, minibuses, and trucks. There is also working production equipment.
The buyer of the property complex is obliged, from the date of transfer of ownership rights, to ensure:
maintenance of the enterprise's activity profile for 10 years;
prevention of employee layoffs for six months from the date of transfer of ownership rights to the property complex;
repayment within six months of debts on wages and to the budget, in the amount that exists on the date of transfer of ownership rights (if such indebtedness exists).
