Privatization of sanctioned assets: Mykhailo Shelkovs and Volodymyr Saldos apartments – up for auction

The State Property Fund has once again put up for privatization the assets of a russian oligarch and collaborator via the Prozorro.Sales system. Auctions are scheduled for May 21 of the current year.

All apartments are conveniently located in Odessa, in the prestigious Prymorsky district, near the "Arcadia" beach. M. Shelkov's residence is located 650 m from the Black Sea, while V. Saldo's is about 1.2 km away.

Former apartment of Mykhailo Shelkov. A four-room apartment with an area of 175.5 m². The property is located on the 3rd floor of an 8-story building in the closed area of the Prymorsky district.

Vitaliy Koval emphasized: "The proceeds from the sale of sanctioned property go to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. Thus, the resources of Ukraine's enemies will work for the restoration of our country".

The key condition for the privatization of property is the obligation to pay the expenses related to the preparation for the sale of the object and arrears for utilities.
