Premises 1171.7 sk.m. in the historic center of Kiev is vacant for rent at an online auction

On January 15, 2021, an auction will be held to extend the lease agreement for premises with a total area of 1171.7 sk.m., located in the historic center of Kyiv, at the address: 37,  st. Sagaydachnogo, Kyiv.

The starting price of renting an object at an online auction is 282,780 UAH, and the term of contract extension is 2 years 11 months.

The condition of the premises is satisfactory. The building is equipped with a mains capacity of 16 kW. Available water supply, sewerage, gasification and external, central heating, internet, telephone, television, as well as fire and burglar alarms.

The deadline for applications to participate in the auction is January 14.

The premises are on the balance of the SE “Trade and Supply Association”.

It is worth noting that under the terms of the lease, the tenant will be able to sublet the object.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine also reminds that in accordance with the Procedure for Leasing State and Communal Property (Порядком передачі в оренду державного і комунального майна), current tenants have a preemptive right to extend the lease agreement.

This means that current tenants need to agree to the rental price at the highest rate to be made by the winner of the tender in order to extend the contract.

If the current tenant does not agree, the right to enter into a lease agreement passes to the winner of the online auction, who will have 3 working days to sign the protocol and 20 working days to conclude the lease agreement from the day following the day of the auction results.
