“Despite the hostilities, business needs tools for development. Therefore, the State Property Fund has introduced new privatization rules and preferential lease terms that really open the public sector of the economy to private investment.

We are glad to see a significant interest of the Rivne oblast’s entrepreneurs in the privatization and lease ofthe state property. The creation of new jobs at privatized objects is an important contribution to the overall economic recovery of the state, and we are ready to meet the needs of business,” Olha Batova, Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine said.

In the future, other non-core state-owned objects will be put up for privatization, including enterprises of SOE “Ukrspyrt” and bakery plants. The presence of workshops, large warehouses and the necessary infrastructure makes these objects the best choice for relocated enterprises.

It should be noted that Rivne oblast is among the leaders among the oblasts in terms of receiving relocated businesses. Since the beginning of the large-scale russian invasion, about 40 enterprises have been able to fully resume work at the objects of the oblast.
