The State Property Fund earned 41 million UAH from privatization auctions this week

From July 17 to 21, the total amount of winning bids at the privatization auctions of the State Property Fund reached 41 million UAH. 108 participants took part in 11 auctions, and due to competition, the asset prices increased 6,2 times from the starting price.

This week, the demand was mainly focused on the privatization of real estate. Among the assets were administrative buildings in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, properties in the Khmelnytskyi region, as well as an unfinished construction project in the Zakarpattia region. Additionally, the "Pearl" recreation base in Mykolaiv Oblast, which had not been used for its intended purpose in recent years, has now found a new owner, giving it an opportunity to be revitalized with private investments.

This week, the auctions with the highest number of participants and price increases were the ones for two garages in the Khmelnytskyi region, which attracted 25 and 29 bidders respectively. The winning bids for each lot amounted to 2 million UAH, starting from a base price of 735 UAH for one property. As a result of this competition, the value of the assets increased on average by over 2,700 times.

From July 24 to 28, the State Property Fund plans to conduct 13 privatization auctions. Investors are offered the opportunity to acquire a 50% + 1 share package of JSC "Ukrnaftoproduct", a company involved in the production of non-distilled beverages from fermented products called "Trylisky distillery," office premises for office and administrative purposes in Hadyach, as well as 100% of the shares of a company engaged in the production of primary forms of plastics and ion-exchange resins - JSC "Smoly."
