 The Procedure of the provision of administrative service “Provision of information (statement or extract) from the Unified Register of the State Property Objects

 

1.     Administrative service “Provision of Information (statement or extract) from the Unified Register of the State Property Objects shall be provided by the State Property Fund of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Fund) in accordance to:

-         The Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” (par. 3 art. 3)

-          The Law of Ukraine “On Management of the State Property Objects” (sub-par. “e” par. 2 of part 1 of art. 7 and part 5 of art. 12)

-          The Law of Ukraine “On the State Property Fund of Ukraine” (par 7 of part 1 art 5 title II)

-           Provision on the Unified Register of the State Property Objects, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, dated 14th of April 2004, № 467 (dash 6 par 3 and 5);

-          The Order and Terms of Utilization of the Unified Register of the State Property Objects, approved by the Order of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, dated 23rd of March 2005, № 622 (in edition of the Order of the SPFU, dated 6th of August 2013, № 1535, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, dated 27th August 2013, № 1470/24002).

 

2.   Recipients of the administrative service are:

State authorities

Local authorities

Companies, enterprises, organizations

Citizens

 

3.     The request has to be sent directly to the Fund:

-         By the post on the address of the Fund

01133, Kyiv, 18/9 General Almazov str str.

-         To the mail box, located on the first floor of the premises of the Fund at the mentioned address

4.     To receive the administrative service the written request has to be sent to the Fund with specifications of:

-         the purpose of receiving of the administrative service;

-         necessary information (statement or extract) from the Unified Register of the State Property Objects and statements, which identify the object (in accordance to the data structure of the Unified Register of the State Property Objects);

-         Mailing date of the request

5.     Grounds for refusal in administrative service:

-         Information about the object, specified in the request, doesn’t identify the object (in accordance to the data structure of the Unified Register of the State Property Objects);

-         Information, specified in the request, does not correspond with the data of the Unified Register of the State Property Objects;

-         No data in the Unified Register of the State Property Objects

-         The extract concerning the object shall not be provided if the requester is not its managing subject and/or balance holder.

6. The result of the provision of administrative service shall be:

-  information in accordance to the data, specified in the request;

- extract concerning the separate object.

7. Provision of administrative service is free of charge.
