An auction for the privatization of a complex of administrative buildings in Volyn region has been announced
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization a complex of administrative buildings with a total area of 309.5m2. The online auction will take place on March 12 viathe electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales." Bidding will continue until March 11, with a starting price of UAH 475.2 thousand.
The complex of administrative buildings is located at: Volyn region, Kamian-Kashyrskyi district, Soshychenskahromada, lakeside of Lake Dobre, 1.
The property is locatedamidst picturesque lakeside scenery. The object is suitable for creating a hotel and restaurant complex.
The privatization object consists of:
- A health resort with a total area of 249.0 m2. The object has a concrete strip foundation, brick walls and partitions, and reinforced concrete flooring.
- An auxiliary building with an attic, an extension, and stairs. The total area of the property is 60.5 m2. The building has a concrete foundation, wooden walls, flooring, and ondulineroofing.
The buildings are on the balance sheet of the Kamian-Kashyrskyi Forestry of the State Specialized Forest Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine".
This complex of administrative buildings does not include a separate land plot.
There is an existing lease agreement for the health resort, with the purpose of the lease being the accommodation of a recreation base. The term of the lease agreement is until January 31 of the previous year. In particular, the lease agreement is considered extended for the duration of the martial law and for four months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
Sale conditions – the privatization object can be re-profiled, so the owner can implement any project.
