State Property Fund expands the list of sanctioned assets

The SPFU has received the corporate rights of russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselyov in Club Skovoroda LLC and Promo.Yay LLC. The companies are associated with pro-russian "journalist" Dmitro Kiselev, and previously organized the Jazz Koktebel festival. But by a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on March 4, the assets were confiscated in favor of the state.

Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the SPFU, emphasizes: "The property of the occupiers, collaborators and enemies of Ukraine should work for the benefit of the country! All proceeds from the sale of such assets go to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression."

In addition, the list of sanctioned property was expanded to include Atlantis - PAK Ukraine, a subsidiary of PJSC Pentopak, which was recently transferred to the SPFU. The ultimate beneficial owner is a russian citizen.

Also, the State Property Fund of Ukraine received new sanctioned assets, including a market in Kherson region owned by local collaborator Georgiy Kalonov.

As a reminder, two auctions will be held on April 17 in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system. The State Property Fund will put up for sale Odesa apartments previously owned by russian oligarch Mykhaylo Shelkov and traitor Volodymyr Saldo.

For reference. In total, the SPFU already owns 735 such assets, 12 of which have already been sold, bringing the state more than UAH 32 million.
