State property lease: top 5 objects by area for business in June
The State Property Fund resumes lease auctions under the new rules. In June, more than 70 auctions were announced in safe regions of Ukraine.
Currently, entrepreneurs are offered a wide range of lease objects that can be used as production sites, warehouses or logistics centers. The significant area of objects, the availability of the necessary infrastructure and convenient location makes them potentially attractive, including for relocated enterprises.
The five largest state property lease objects in terms of area this week/month include:
1) Industrial site in Ivano-Frankivsk with an area of 4,895.7 m²:

The proposed objects have a multifunctional purpose and can become the basis for the production or logistics business.
As reported, the Government approved the simplified procedure for state property lease in Ukraine for the duration of martial law developed by the State Property Fund and the Ministry of Economy. From now on, objects can be leased under a simplified procedure, and the amount of the security deposit and advance payment has been reduced by half.
