State Property Fund launches website with list of sanctioned assets

The SPFU's Digital Transformation Office has launched a website listing all assets seized from Russians and collaborators that have been transferred to the Fund's management. The register already includes 136 sanctioned assets, such as the properties owned by Mykhailo Shelkov, Volodymyr Yevtushenkov, Arkadiy Rotenberg, Volodymyr Saldo, Serhiy Tsekov, fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych, and others.

The seized property will be auctioned or leased via the Prozorro.Sale system, where anyone can follow the auction in real time.

Today, the entire democratic world seeks to penalize the aggressive country and our team is no different. The State Property Fund has created the website sanlist.spfu.gov.ua. Its purpose is to inform the public and foreign partners about all confiscated assets managed by the Fund. "It's crucial that individuals can easily access information on seized assets belonging to Russian oligarchs or collaborators, as it can generate profits for the state in the future," stated Denys Shuhalii, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The SPFU team continuously strives to build upon existing experience in tracking, freezing and effectively managing sanctioned assets. The website, sanlist.spfu.gov.ua, will soon have an enlarged list of seized assets." In the near future, we anticipate transferring approximately 500 additional assets belonging to Russian oligarchs and Ukrainian collaborators.
