Cherkassy regional office offers work to appraisers

Cherkassy regional office of SPFUannounces a competitionfor the selection of appraisers to be involved in an independent assessment.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of rent in order to conclude a lease contract for state property:

1. a motorway, located on a land plot of 9.0 hectares, 1Pereyaslivska street, Gorodishchetown;

2. parts of the lobby room on the ground floor of the educational building 4.0 m2, 333Shevchenkoboulevard, Cherkasy.

3. parts of the lobby room on the ground floor of the educational building 2.0 m2, 460Shevchenko boulevard, Cherkasy;

4. parts of non-residential premises 43.5 m2, 2Khomenkalane,Cherkasy.

The deadline for submitting applications is January 23, 2018till 16.00.

The competition will be held on January 29, 2018 at 11.00 in the regional office.
