Cherkasy RO conducts competition of appraisers
The Regional Office in Cherkasy Oblast has announced a competition of appraisers. It is necessary to evaluate:
- part of the boiler house with an area of 100.0 m², at: Uman district, Stari Babany village, str. Shevchenka, 110;
- part of non-residential premises of the building with an area of 11.35 m ², at: Monastyryshche town, str. Soborna, 103.
The purpose of conducting an independent evaluation - the definition of market value for the calculation of lease payment in order to conclude the lease agreement of state property.
- part of built-in premises of industrial and economic purpose with a total area of 70.2 m², at: Smila town, str. V. Chornovola, 4;
- part of non-residential basements with an area of 61.9 m ², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 205;
- non-residential premises with an area of 23.3 m², at: Cherkasy city, str. Hoholia, 301;
- part of non-residential premises with an area of 122.1 m ², at: Uman district, Stari Babany village, str. Shevchenka;
- non-residential premises on the second floor of an educational building with an area of 12.2 m², at: Kaniv town, str. Enerhetykiv, 143;
- part of the roof of educational building No. 10 with an area of 31.75 m², at: Cherkasy city, blvd. Shevchenka, 333;
- built-in premise on the first floor of a dormitory with an area of 88.44 m², at: Cherkasy city, str. Oleksiia Panchenka, 15;
-part of a premises on the first floor of a dormitory with an area of 78.3 m², at: Cherkasy city, str. V. Chornovola, 243;
- part of the dormitory premises with an area of 1.5 m2, at: Cherkasy city, str. Narbutivska, 283.
The purpose of an independent evaluation - the definition of market value for the calculation of lease payment to continue the lease agreement of state property.
- premises of the first floor of the building No. 115-117, No. 119-121 with a total area of 107.9 m², at: Uman town, str. Evropeyska, 65.
The purpose of an independent evaluation is to sell at auction with conditions.
The deadline for filing applications is July 25, 2019, before 16.00.
