There are leasing objects which should be evaluated in Sumy region
The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy oblast announced a competition selection for appraisers. It’s necessary to evaluate a number of objects for prolongation of leasing agreements:
- a building-hangar with a total area of 332.1 sq. m 2, Kuznechna str., Sumy city;
- a group of inventory objects with a total area of 9.5 sq. m on 5, Zamostianska str. and 7, Zamostianska str., Sumy city;
- a building of a magazine-canteen with the total area of 324.4 sq. m at the address: 77, Tetiany Horelovoi str., Znob-Novhorodske small town, Seredyno-Budskyi district, Sumy oblast;
- a non-residential premise with a total area of 36.6 sq. m at the address: 14A, HorkoHo str., Shostka town;
- a building with a garage and an additional building with a total area of 250.5 sq. m at the address: 11, Soborna str., Bilopillia town, Sumy oblast.
The deadline for accepting of competition documentation is 02 Aug 2018 (incl.)
The competition will be taking place on 8 Aug 2018 at the address: office 2, 5th floor, 30/1, Kharkivska str., Sumy city.
