Facilities and hydro technical constructions are offered to evaluation in Kherson region
1. Premises of 54.3 sq m on the 3d floor in a building which is a part of an area maintenance building, 4 Ushakova Ave., Kherson city, the assessment is carried out to the calculation of lease payment in the extension of the lease agreement.
2. A group of inventory facilities of a recreation center “Yavir”, 1, Oleksiivskyi Lane, Lazurne small town, Skadovsk region, the assessment is carried out to calculate a lease payment for purpose of signing a lease agreement.
3. Hydro technical construction and real estate property of ponds “Haidamaky”, “Kostyn Shpyl”, “Chobitok”, “Kruhliak” are located outside of settlements on the territory of Syvashivka village council in Novotroitsky district, the assessment is carried out to calculate a lease payment for purpose of signing a lease agreement.
