ANNOUNCEMENT: State Block of Shares of PrJSC "UkrZakhidVuhleBud" – Up for Privatization

The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of the state block of shares of the private joint-stock company "UkrZakhidVuhleBud" in the amount of 44,637,304 shares, which constitutes 99.6667% of the company's authorized capital. The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

  • Auction date: February 06

  • Acceptance of applications: until February 05, 20:00

  • Starting price: UAH 56,167,284 (excluding VAT)

About the Object

The object includes 49 registered units of real estate (administrative, production, warehouse buildings and structures, a recreation center, etc.) and infrastructure (driveways, fencing, security lighting, etc.) with a total area of 12,295.48 m², located at the following addresses:

  • Lviv region, Sheptytskyi, 1 Budivelna St.;

  • Lviv region, Sheptytskyi, 77 Lvivska St.;

  • Lviv region, Sheptytskyi district, Mezhyrichchia village, 47 Shakhtarska St.;

  • Volyn region, Novovolynsk, mine No. 10 "Novovolynska";

  • Volyn region, Shatsk urban-type settlement, Hriada tract (recreation center).

Additional Details:

  • Information about land plots: 5 land plots with a total area of 7.7656 ha.

  • Information about vehicles: 50 units of vehicles and special equipment manufactured between 1973 and 2011.

  • Information about lease agreements: As of 30.09.2025, a part of the enterprise's real estate has been leased out in accordance with 12 agreements.

Note: The company's balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely: a civil defense protective structure (an anti-radiation shelter with a total area of 210.8 sq. m), a dormitory building, an industrial site water supply system, a gas pipeline, a sewage network, power supply, and an industrial site heating network.

Privatization Conditions:

Among the conditions for the sale of the privatization object: repayment of wage and budget debts within 6 months and prevention of dismissal of the enterprise's employees.
