Success story of leasing: Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Koval visited the sewing enterprise "GREGORY" in Lviv

For over 10 years, the enterprise has been manufacturing workwear for various business sectors and hotel-restaurant textiles, as well as sewing military and tactical clothing for the Armed Forces. Their work not only involves sewing textiles but also creating individual designs, professional installation with ironing, care support, and laundering in their own specialized laundry. The company's production is located on almost 950 m² of leased space in Lviv.

The lease of state property allowed the company to expand production manifold and achieve rapid growth in industry. The "GREGORY" enterprise has expanded capacities and turned to the State Property Fund for an area of over 2.5 thousand m² for sewing production and over 2 thousand m² for other types of activities, including for the purpose of exporting products.

During the lease of state property, the lessee regularly pays fees to the state budget, which have already exceeded UAH 1.2 million. In addition, the enterprise has invested UAH 3 million in repair work of production premises. Thanks to this, communications have been improved, the roof has been repaired, premises have been renovated, and production has been equipped. The number of employees working at the enterprise has increased from 14 to 120 people. As the company's management notes, priority in the selection of candidates for employment is given to internally displaced persons.

The Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Koval notes: "This is a good example of a public-private partnership. When businesses lease space from the State Property Fund, they develop, create new jobs, and pay taxes."

We invite potential investors to participate in lease auctions to support the economy of Ukraine and the Armed Forces.
