The final value of the Property complex of SOE “INZHEKSBUD” reached UAH 27.5 million

Today, an online auction for the privatization of the Property complex of SOE “INZHEKSBUD” was held on the Prozorro.Sale platform. Twenty-one participants competed for the right to own the asset.

The value of the asset increased 4.5 times, from the starting price of UAH 6,021,882 to the final price of UAH 27,500,001.  After payment, the funds will transfer to the state budget.

For reference.The real estate of the Property complex of SOE “INZHEKSBUD” is located at the following addresses:

1) administrative premises with a total area of 62.7 m² in Kyiv, 36-B Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard. The facility is located in the city center, near the Zvirynetska metro station;

2) buildings of the recreation center, consisting of 11 holiday houses, a canteen, a hostel, 2 garages and other real estate located in Boryspil district, Hnidyn village, «Mlynovo»tract, 6 Kniazhna street.
