Announcement: Auction Announced for the Privatization of Non-Residential Premises in Uzhhorod

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization non-residential premises on the third floor with a total area of 558 m² in the city of Uzhhorod. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

The auction will be held on January 22.

Applications for participation will be accepted until 8:00 PM on January 21.

Starting price: UAH 360,943 excluding VAT.

Location:  Zakarpattia region Uzhhorod,, 14-D Pavlo Chubynsky Street, Unit 300.

As of December 22, 2025, a portion of the premises with an area of 509.1 m² is leased under a single agreement.
