UAH 3.8 million (+UAH 761,000 VAT) — the result of an online auction for the privatization of non-residential premises in Uzhhorod

An online auction was held for the privatization of non-residential premises on the fourth floor located in the city of Uzhhorod. The bidding took place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.

Fourteen participants competed for the lot. During the bidding, the price increased 16-fold: from the starting price of 237,857 hryvnias to the winning bid of UAH 3,805,000. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 761,000, so the total economic effect may amount to UAH 4.6 million.

After full payment for the lot, including VAT, the winner will receive the privatization object, namely non-residential built-in premises with a total area of 282.1 m², located on the fourth floor of a four-story building in a residential area of Uzhhorod.
