ANNOUNCEMENT: An online auction has been announced for the privatization of the single-property complex of the State Enterprise “Scientific Selection and Genetic Center for Fish Farming” in Kyiv

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the Property Complex of the SOE “Scientific Selection and Genetic Center for Fish Farming” with a total area of 3,493.3 m² in Kyiv. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform. 

Auction date: April 2

Applications for participation will be accepted until April 1, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 101,386 excluding VAT.

Address: Kyiv, 135 Obukhivska St.

The privatization property is located in the Svyatoshynskyi district of the capital. It is close to convenient public transportation, shops, parks, and other amenities. Purchasing this property offers the opportunity to acquire commercial real estate: large spaces in a prime location with the potential to create a profitable office, logistics, or manufacturing hub.

The property includes 25 real estate units (production, administrative, warehouse, and auxiliary buildings and structures) and infrastructure (electricity, heating, water supply, and sewage networks, fencing, overpasses, etc.) with a total area of 3,493.3 m².

As of September 30, 2025, a portion of the enterprise’s real estate with a total area of 2,363.5 m² has been leased under 9 contracts.
