UAH 7.3 million (+UAH 1.46 million VAT): results of today’s privatization auctions
Today, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) team held two successful auctions totaling UAH 7.3 million. The auctions took place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.
Among the properties that found new owners:
An unfinished construction project—a 50-seat café in Kyiv. Four participants competed for ownership of the property. During the bidding, the price increased 3.7-fold: from the starting price of UAH 836,700 to the winning bid of UAH 3.05 million. Additionally, the winner must pay VAT in the amount of UAH 610,000. Thus, the total economic effect may amount to UAH 3.66 million
A non-residential building with a total area of 1,130.6 m² in Kharkiv. Four participants competed for ownership of the property; thanks to the competition, the price increased 2.2-fold: from the starting price of UAH 1.8 million to the winning bid of UAH 4.2 million. Additionally, the winner must pay VAT in the amount of UAH 840,000. Thus, the total economic effect could amount to UAH 5.04 million.
After full payment for the lots, including VAT, the auction winners will take ownership of the properties they competed for.
