Announcement: auction for the privatization of a warehouse in Sumy region announced

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a warehouse with a total area of 191.8 m² in the city of Lebedyn, Sumy region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: 26 January 2026.

Applications are open until January 25th, 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 427,800  excl. VAT.

Location: Sumy region, Lebedyn, Mykhailivska St., 109.

The privatisation object consists of two warehouse buildings, namely:

warehouse (155.1 sq. m);

storage room (36.7 sq. m).

Year of construction 1990. Electricity supplied.

The balance sheet holder is the State Specialized Economic Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine". As of 19.12.2025, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
