The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the premises of the former dental polyclinic with a total area of 353.8 m² in Sumy region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Deadline for applications: 5 April, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 3,531,400 without VAT.

Location: Sumy region, Ohtirka, Kyivska St., 96.

Object of privatization - built-in non-residential premises of the former stomatological polyclinic (353.8 m²), located on the first floor of a five-storey residential building and have separate two entrances. Year of commissioning - 1991. The yard area is landscaped, the driveway is paved.

All major communications are connected: electricity, central heating, water supply, sewerage and gas.

The object has not been used for more than 10 years, which creates an opportunity for complete modernization and adaptation to modern needs: a medical center, an office, a training space or another commercial project.

As of 19.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
