UAH 10.2 million (+UAH 2.04 million VAT) – the result of the auction for the privatization of a recreation center in Odessa region

An online auction for the privatization of the recreation center "Nauka" with a total area of 789.9 m² in the Odessa region took place. The auction was held in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

26 participants competed for the lot during the auction, which caused the price to increase by 49.9 times: from the starting price of UAH 204,419 to the winning price of UAH 10.2 million. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 2.04 million, so the total economic effect may be more than UAH 12 million.

After full payment of the lot including VAT, the new owner will receive the recreation center "Nauka" (789.9 m²), consisting of:

22 wooden houses;

3 wooden houses for storage;

2 bathrooms, showers;

car park;

waste disposal area, fire hydrants, technical water tank, drinking water tank, transformer station, etc.
