38.3 million UAH: results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 9 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system. The total amount of winning bids is UAH 38.3 million. On average, there was a price increase of 7.8 times. A total of 58 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive object of the past week was separate property consisting of buildings and structures in the city of Dnipro. As a result of competitive bidding involving 30 participants, the price rose from the starting price of UAH 50,789 to the final price of UAH 25,000,600. Separate property consisting of a non-residential building in Kharkiv was also in demand among investors - the price rose from the starting price of UAH 1,848,000 to the final price of UAH 4,211,000.

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 24 online auctions for privatization. Among the offers are such objects as: a complex of buildings (Kirovohrad region), laboratory and vivarium buildings (Dnipro), a public building with farm buildings and structures (Rivne region) and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
