Property Complex of the SoE "Zarubynetskyi Distillery" – Up for Privatization

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of the state enterprise "Zarubynetskyi Distillery". The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

  • Auction: February 06, 2026

  • Acceptance of applications: until February 05, 20:00

  • Starting price: UAH 146,401,595 (excluding VAT)

  • Address: Ternopil region, Zarubyntsi village

 

About the Object

The Zarubynetskyi Distillery is located in the village of Zarubyntsi in the Ternopil region, which has a favorable geographical position for production development. Regional highways pass nearby, providing convenient transport links.

The main product range includes ethyl alcohol and other denatured alcohols of any concentration, including those used as fuel or as a component for fuel production (bioethanol, etc.).

The privatization object includes:

  • 49 registered units of real estate and infrastructure (production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 27,256.9 m² on 4 land plots with a total area of 23.5952 ha;

  • 27 vehicles and special equipment;

  • 641 units of movable property.

Note: There are also 4 objects on the enterprise's balance sheet that are not subject to privatization (3 residential buildings and the gasification system of Oprylivtsi village).
