An auction for the privatization of a public building with a total area of 188.7 m² in the Ivano-Frankivsk region is scheduled for 5 February. The deadline for submitting participation applications is 4 February, 20:00. The auction will be held on the electronic platform Prozorro.Sale.

Starting price — UAH 1,310,700 excluding VAT.

Property address: 13 Shevchenka St., Yablunka village, Ivano-Frankivsk district (Bohorodchany district)*, Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The privatization object is a single-storey building constructed in 1980 with connected utilities, including electricity supply, gas, and water heating. The property is not currently leased, which provides full flexibility for implementing new ideas.
