TOP-5 regional branches of the SPFU by privatization plan fulfillment in 2025

We continue our series of publications about the most effective regional branches of the State Property Fund based on the results of 2025.

3rd place — Regional branch in the city of Kyiv. The plan was overfulfilled – 125.65%.

1.13 billion UAH was transferred to the budget, with a planned indicator of 900 million UAH.

And this is the undisputed leadership specifically in budget revenues! The regional branch in the city of Kyiv demonstrated impressive work results, setting an absolute record for all the years of the Fund's activity, taking a confident 1st place among all regional branches of Ukraine in terms of total cash receipts.

This result is primarily the merit of the SPFU regional branch team in the city of Kyiv, which works systematically and professionally in the difficult conditions of wartime. This is also evidence that the capital's objects have high investment attractiveness, and thanks to the transparency of auctions, it is possible to attract funds that significantly exceed the state's expectations.

Top 5 privatized objects in Kyiv in 2025:

  • State block of shares amounting to 73.2784% of the authorized capital of the Joint-Stock Company "Plant 'Kvant'";

  • Separate property consisting of buildings and structures (5,461.34 m²);

  • Single property complex of the state enterprise Kyiv Plant "Impuls";

  • Separate property - a group of non-residential premises (1,727.4 m²);

  • Single property complex of the state enterprise "Agricultural Enterprise 'Land Fund'" (7,285.1 m²).

It was these assets that provided the maximum financial effect, attracted new owners, and created a basis for further economic development of the capital.
