858.1 thousand hryvnias: results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 4 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system. The total amount of winning bids is UAH 858.1 thousand. A total of 7 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive object of the past week was a public building in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. As a result of the auction with the participation of 2 participants, the price rose from the starting price of 196.7 thousand hryvnias to the final price of 322 thousand hryvnias.

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 28 online auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: Property Complex of the SOE "Nepolokovetsky Combinate of Cereals", Property Complex of the SOE  "Zarubinsky Spirit Factory", State package of shares in the amount of 99.6667% of the authorized capital of PJSC "Ukrzahidvuglebud", State package of shares in the amount of 93.4363% of the authorized capital of JSC "Kolomyiansky Plant of Agricultural Machines" and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
