Meeting with representatives of the French Embassy, Business France, the French Development Agency and Expertise France: strengthening international cooperation
Chairman of the State Property Fund Dmytro Natalukha together with the team held a working meeting with key partners – representatives of the Embassy of France, Business France, the French Development Agency and Expertise France. Discussed key areas of support for reforms and management of state assets.
During the meeting, the Head of the Fund told about the current results and ambitious plans for privatization. The key objects that will be available to investors in the near future were highlighted. Special emphasis was placed on the implementation of iconic assets and sanctioned property - work with these objects requires maximum transparency and involvement of international experience.
We continue to strengthen privatization processes and improve corporate governance. We pay attention to the development of the Land Bank project. Our goal is to maximize the land pool and implement effective mechanisms for the use of state lands. This will not only increase the state budget revenues.
Also discussed the development of international technical assistance projects that are already being implemented with the support of Expertise France.
Separately, the possibilities of expert support were outlined, including:
institutional development and strengthening of management capacities,
implementation of modern approaches to corporate governance,
support digital transformation processes,
preparation of public assets for reconstruction and investment attraction, taking into account European standards.
The French partners stressed their willingness to continue supporting the transformation of the Ukrainian economy.
The meeting was another confirmation that France remains a reliable strategic partner of Ukraine in the issues of transparent privatization and effective management of state property.
