The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of buildings and structures with a total area of 529.4 m² in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The auction will be held in the electronic system “Prozorro.Sales”.

Auction date: 18 February 2026.

Applications are open until February 17th, 20:00.

Reserve price  – UAH 696,400 excluding VAT.

The object consists of:

Administrative building: 345.4 m².

Boiler room with garage: area 184.0 m².

Accessory structures: 5 porches, inspection pit, fence, gate, ventilation shaft, fire reservoir and paving.

The facility is located on a land plot with a total area of 0.7 ha.

As of 15.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
