Object of unfinished construction - concrete mixing node - at the privatization auction

The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished construction object - a concrete mixing unit in the Lviv region. The auction will be held in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Auction date: 19 February 2026.

Applications are open until February 18, 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 3 036 360 without VAT.

Location: Lviv region, Lviv district, Novomykhailivka village, Mykhailivska street, 63.

The object of privatization is an object of unfinished construction - a concrete mixing unit with a metal warehouse and a cement warehouse, which was returned to state ownership on the basis of the decision of the Commercial Court of Lviv Oblast.

The privatisation object includes:

Concrete mixing plant with cement storage – five-storey building and ground-level metal gallery with total area of 329.2 m². Year of construction start – 1976. Percentage of readiness – 79%;

Metal warehouse – one-storey building with the base area of 648.0 m², the area of premises – 614.7 m². The year of construction start – 1976. The percentage of readiness – 54%

Component of the privatization object – concrete mixing unit with cement storage located on a land plot of 4.03 hectares, which is leased under the Land Lease Agreement of 31.01.2017, concluded by Novy Yarychiv town council for a period of 49 years.

According to the sale condition, the buyer is obliged to compensate the costs incurred by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts for the payment of the service provided by the appraiser involved in the valuation of the privatization object.
