ANNOUNCEMENT: premises of veterinary clinic – at privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a 137.7 m² premises of a veterinary medicine hospital in Ivano-Frankivsk region.  The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: February 20

Submissions until 19th February, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 926 920 without VAT.

Location: Ivano-Frankivsk region, Kolomyia district, Mateyivtsi village, Hruševs'koho St., 62.

The object is located in the central part of the village of Mateyivci with developed infrastructure and convenient transport connections, which makes it attractive for logistics, production and warehouse projects.

The privatisation object includes:

veterinary clinic – two-storey building (137.7 m²);

toilet (wooden);

well (concrete rings);

fence (wooden with concrete posts);

paving (concrete tiles).

The object is located on a land plot with a total area of 0.155 ha. There are stairs, electricity, gas supply, water heating.

The buildings are not used for the provision of veterinary services. As of 21.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
