100% of the state package of shares of JSC "Smoly" - for privatization
The team of the State Property Fund announced an online auction for the privatization of the state package of shares of JSC "Smoły" in the amount of 144,054,000 shares, which is 100% of the authorized capital of the company. This is a leading enterprise of the chemical industry of Ukraine, specializing in the manufacture of ion exchange resins. The products of the plant are critical for hydrometallurgy, as well as for water purification systems at nuclear and thermal power plants. The main activity is the manufacture of plastics in primary forms. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".
Auction date: February 23, 2026. Bids due: February 22, 8:00 p.m.
Reserve price is UAH 144 054 000.
The property is located at: Dnipropetrovsk region, Kam’yanske, Anoshkin Ave., 179.
Information on the property of AT “Smoly”:
104 registered real estate and infrastructure units (production, warehouse, administrative buildings and facilities, etc.) with a total area of 52,518.64 m², located at 8 addresses;
293 units – other immovable property;
41 item – motor vehicles and other movable property;
41 registered land plot with a total area of 27.2989 ha.
The balance of JSC "Smoly" includes state property objects that were not included in the authorized capital of the company and remained in state ownership:
Property of the Red Sails Children’s Recreation Centre (Autonomous Republic of Crimea, city of Yevpatoria):
- fixed assets in the amount of 284 units;
- small-value non-current tangible assets in the amount of 352 units.
Motor vehicles in number – 4.
Objects of civil protection - 3 units.
Apartment, with property in the amount of 18 units, at the address: Dnipropetrovsk region, Kamenskoye, Anoshkin Ave., 150.
There are no lease agreements concluded in respect of the company's property. The conditions of the sale of the privatisation object include: repayment of wage arrears and arrears to the budget within 6 months and prevention of dismissal of the company's employees.
