UAH 381 million (+ UAH 76.2 million VAT) – the result of the online auction for the privatization of the SE "Scientific Research Institute "Orion".

An online auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of the State Enterprise "Scientific Research Institute "Orion", located in Kyiv, took place. The auction was held in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

11 participants competed for the object at the auction. Thanks to high competition, the value increased 9 times: from the starting price - UAH 42,482,880 , to the winning one - UAH 381 million . The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 76.2 million , so the total economic effect may be UAH 457.2 million .

After full payment of the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive the privatization object, based on two locations in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital, consisting of:

8 real estate units with a total area of 38 631,7 m² (administrative, production, storage buildings and facilities, as well as infrastructure (bridges, fences, parking lots) on 5 plots with a total area of 4,14 ha;

10 units (1974-2007);

1247 items of equipment and supplies.
