Announcement: Buildings and structures - at the privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization buildings and structures with a total area of 468.1 m² in Chernivtsi region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: 24 February

Submission deadline: 23 February, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 1,004,894.00 without VAT.

Location: Chernivtsi region, Dnistrovskyi district, Bilousivka village, Vasyl Stus Street, 3.

Object of privatization - buildings and structures of administrative and production-storage purpose in satisfactory condition, located on the outskirts of the village on a land plot with a total area of 1.1054 hectares.

The privatisation object includes:

non-residential buildings (202.9 m², 145.1 m² and 29.5 m²);

storage (64.6 m²);

garage (26.0 m²);

garage (animal shed);

a two-way toilet;

well, stone, reinforced concrete reservoir;

excavation, fencing, external water, external sewer.

As of 01.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.

The owner of the facility is the State Food and Consumer Service of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region
