The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a boiler room building with a total area of 683.2 m² in Rivne region. The auction will take place in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Auction date: 27 February 2026.

Applications accepted until 26 February 2026, 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 2 371 320  excluding VAT.

Location: Rivne region, s. Gorodishche, st. Rivne, 82.

The privatization object consists of:

a three-storey brick building (683.2 m²);

chimney (brick).

As of 28.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
