Announcement: complex of buildings and structures – at the privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a complex of buildings and structures with a total area of 2,223.7 m² in the Kirovohrad region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: 27 February

Applications until 26th February, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 11 657 500 without VAT.

The object of privatization is located in the very center of the city. This is a location with the highest commercial potential in the city, because nearby are the Dnipro embankment and the city park, as well as supermarkets, mail, cafes and more. This is an ideal place to open a shopping center, a medical clinic, an office or a cozy restaurant.

The privatisation object includes:

two-storey administrative building with a porch and basement (1,385.5 m²);

two-storey production building with vestibules (838.2 m²);

passage (base area – 9.4 m²);

building (ground area 42.5 m²);

structures: fences (32 and 9 m long) and paving (asphalt concrete).

The privatization object is not used, it needs major repairs. As of 28.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
