UAH 395.8 million: results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 8 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system. The total amount of winning bids is UAH 395.84 million. A total of 27 participants competed in the auctions. Competition in the auctions contributed to an increase in the price by 9 times.

The most expensive object of the past week was the SEP of the State Enterprise “Scientific Research Institute “Orion” in Kyiv. As a result of the auction with the participation of 11 participants, the price rose from the initial UAH 42.5 million to the final UAH 381 million. An equally impressive result was demonstrated by the auction for the privatization of the SEP of the State Enterprise “Ukrkolorprom” in Dnipro, where 7 participants competed for the right to ownership. Such competition during the auction allowed to raise the price from the initial UAH 21.4 thousand to the final UAH 13 million.

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 29 online auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: Property complex of SOE “Niginsky Quarry” (Khmelnytsky region), a complex of buildings and structures with a total area of 2223.7 m² (Kirovohrad region), premises with a total area of 561.5 m² (Ternopil region) and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
