Announcement: auction for the privatization of a warehouse in Sumy region announced

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a warehouse with a total area of 191.8 m² in the city of Lebedyn, Sumy region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: 6 March 2026.

Applications are open until March 5th, 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 427,800  excl. VAT.

Location: Sumy region, Lebedyn, Mykhailivska St., 109.

The object of privatization consists of two warehouse buildings (155.1 m²) and (36.7 m²). Year of construction - 1990. Electricity is supplied. As of 05.02.2026, the object of privatization or its parts are not leased.

Characteristics of buildings: foundation – gravel; walls – brick; roof – slate; ceiling – wooden; floor – concrete, wooden.

The balance sheet holder is the State Specialized Economic Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine".
