Unfinished construction object — automatic telephone exchange – at a privatization auction

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished construction object — an automatic telephone exchange in the Chernihiv region. The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

Auction — April 1.

Acceptance of applications for participation until March 31, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 612,948 excluding VAT.

Location: Chernihiv region, Pryluky district, Parafiivka settlement, 60-A T. Shevchenka St.

The building is located in the central part of the settlement near the settlement council, a cultural center, and an administrative services center, which provides it with a convenient location. Such a location is a significant factor for the future use of the object for any purpose.

The privatization object includes a two-story automatic telephone exchange building with a porch with a total area of 709.8 m². The building on a strip foundation made of concrete blocks has brick walls, concrete flights of stairs, and a slate roof.

Year of construction start – 1992.

The level of construction readiness of the unfinished construction object – according to the technical passport is 55%, and the degree of construction readiness is 42.3%. Conservation works on the object have not been carried out.
