UAH 5.89 million: the results of last week`s privatization auctions

Last week, the Fund`s team held 9 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, according to the results of which the total amount of winning bids is UAH 5.89 million. In total, 12 participants competed in the bidding.

The most expensive object last week was a canteen with a pavilion with a total area of 609.5 m² in the city of Kharkiv with a winning bid of UAH 2,051,000. The second place in terms of value was taken by the SPC of the SE "Chechelnytskyi Distillery" in the Vinnytsia region, the final value of the object amounted to UAH 1,201,000.

This week, the SPFU team plans to hold 36 online privatization auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: separate property consisting of buildings and property with a total area of 1726.0 m², a complex of buildings with a total area of 1228.2 m², separate property consisting of buildings and structures with a total area of 509.4 m², a pigsty with a total area of 557.6 m², and others.

Also, the SPFU investment menu contains proposals for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary hospitals, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose one with the most successful location specifically for your business!
